Landmark Homes recently won the 2022 Market Proof award for Best New Online Sales Program, we spoke with Kendra Golba, the New Home Online Sales Specialist responsible for building the program from the ground up.
Kendra explains that when she started the role in 2020, the program was completely new to Landmark Homes and she had to revamp the entire system. One of the main goals of the program was to create a more efficient system for the sales team and to provide faster responses to customers.
Kendra also shares some of the challenges she faced while building the program, including issues with the CRM system. She wishes she had addressed issues sooner, but overall, she is happy with the results and is looking forward to improving the program even more in the coming year.
One goal Kendra has for the upcoming year is to be more creative in her follow-ups and to find new ways to serve customers and communities. Landmark Homes is excited about the success of their new online sales program, and it will be exciting to see how Kendra and her team continue to improve and grow the program in the future.
