In this episode, Andrew Peek, Beth Russell and Julie Jarnagin discuss the blend of being both coach and strategist but that it’s okay to choose one path and go for it: don’t be someone you’re not, be the best version of you! Beth shares that her favorite marketing phrase is “marketing is like an onion" meaning there are layers and layers to be pulled back and discovered. At the end of the day, they agree that the unpredictability of the market may just be the new normal.
