Guess who? Industry favorites, new-home sales and marketing trainers Mike Lyon and Jim Suth will host The Nationals 2015 Gala on Tuesday, Jan. 20 in Las Vegas at Caesar’s Palace.

Suth, a regional trainer for D.R. Horton, has the energy, enthusiasm and experience that have made him a favorite emcee at The Nationals as well as other industry events. Lyon will join Suth this year. Lyon is the founder of doyouconvert.com. With his fast-paced and entertaining speaking style, Lyon brings Internet marketing, sales and technology to life at events across the country, including presentations at the past eight International Builders’ Shows.

“This dynamic duo will share the stage to guide the event, present the awards and entertain our guests,” said Christy Beck, senior vice president and director of new homes for Coldwell Banker HPW Builder Services and chair of The Nationals 2015.

Now in its 34th year, The Nationals will recognize innovation and excellence in 57 categories — including salesperson and sales team of the year, advertising, websites, interior merchandising, architectural design and community of the year. See the finalists at TheNationals.com/SilverWinners2015.

The judges reviewed more than 1,000 entries for this year’s contest. With the market improving, entries are up, more people are attending, and it’s likely the show will sell out. As always, National Sales and Marketing Council members receive a discount on show tickets.

The awards gala begins with a cocktail reception at 5:30 p.m., to allow plenty of time to network with the best sales and marketing minds in the country. The awards presentation begins at 7 p.m. in the Palace Ballroom of Caesar’s Palace.
