Based on my experience with these tools, Teamwork and Monday are my favorites. At Do You Convert, we have Teamwork set up so each builder partner has its own “Card” that we use to keep track of tasks, set goals and reminders, and keep meeting notes that both the Online Sales team and the Marketing team have access to so both teams are on the same page. I think Teamwork is great for larger builders that have a lot of communities or projects.
Monday makes my graphic design heart happy since it is visually appealing and makes it easy to see which tasks are a higher priority. I use Monday with a couple of my builders to keep track of the ads currently running, prioritize and communicate when an ad needs to be updated, set deadlines, and use the comment section for review, file sharing, and collaboration. Monday is great for both small and large builders and is highly customizable.
Trello and Asana are also excellent programs and rank among the top task-management tools available. Both offer robust features for task tracking, project management, and team collaboration. Each tool has its strengths and weaknesses, and the best choice depends on the unique requirements of your team and projects.
