Meet Bryce, a digital marketer with over five years of experience in marketing and sales for home builders. She's a proud graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she earned her BA in Marketing and Business Analytics with a concentration in Digital Advertising. Fun fact: she was handpicked for a special beta group that did marketing audits for local businesses her senior year — a pretty cool gig, right?

Before joining the Do You Convert team, Bryce kicked off her career straight out of college in the home-building industry. Starting as a Marketing Coordinator at Chesapeake Homes, an award-winning builder across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, she quickly became a driving force in the marketing department. Within just two years, she led the transition to handle most marketing efforts in-house and even expanded into a new state.

Her day-to-day involved everything from managing marketing materials and events to running digital campaigns, handling budgets, sprucing up the website, crunching numbers for reports, writing engaging content, and more—all while collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing Director.

Off the clock, Bryce is all about embracing her hometown in Virginia Beach, where she lives with her soon-to-be husband Jordan and their three adorable pups: Clyde, Benson, and Grady. You'll catch her soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring local eats and coffee spots, biking along the boardwalk, or simply catching up with friends.
