With 19 years in sales and marketing for new home builders, Jen Barkan brings frontline experience to Do You Convert as an Online Sales Coach. Since joining the DYC team in 2017, Jen has coached and trained hundreds of online sales specialists and worked with builders across the country to help develop their online sales programs. In addition to helping builders, Jen is a regular speaker at industry events and webinars and hosts an NAHB award-winning podcast called Online People Talking, OPT, where she highlights the hard work of Online Sales Specialists around the country.
Prior to joining DYC, Jen developed and managed the online sales program for Rose & Womble Realty’s New Homes division in Hampton Roads, VA, which grew to represent over 20 different new home builders.
Jen has been awarded several honors from the National Association of Home Builders, Sales and Marketing Council. In 2016, she was named Online Sales Consultant of the Year. She was a Silver Award winner in 2015. The Online People Talking podcast has been awarded Silver for Professional Development Insight Series of the Year twice.
When Jen isn’t coaching Online Sales Specialists, she’s spending time with her family and five rescue pups.
