Samantha joined Do You Convert in 2021 and has over 10 years of experience in the home building industry. After earning a degree in Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of San Francisco, she began her career as a Marketing Coordinator with D.R. Horton’s Bay Area Division. She quickly advanced to an Online Sales and Marketing Specialist role and, after obtaining her California real estate license, was promoted to Online Sales Counselor.

In 2018, Samantha joined DeNova Homes, an award-winning, family-owned builder. There, she played a key role in shaping the company’s digital presence. Her responsibilities included managing online campaigns, email marketing, the company website, and various print materials, including community brochures, flyers, and other promotional content.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Samantha now lives in the Denver Metro with her husband, Derek, their yellow lab, Zelda, and their baby boy, Logan, born in September 2024. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the beauty of Colorado, playing board games with friends and family, and watching Logan grow and reach new milestones.
