Samantha has been working in the home building industry for ten years. She started her career as a Marketing Coordinator with D.R. Horton's Bay Area Division, where she grew into an Online Sales and Marketing Specialist and took over the OSC role upon receiving her real estate license. She comes from a background in design, print, and signage with a degree in graphic design, which she utilized heavily while at D.R. Horton. There she helped bring the company forward into the digital age by converting their design option books from Excel to Adobe. In 2018 she joined DeNova Homes, an award-winning, family-owned builder in California, where she was responsible for creating, and managing their online campaigns, eblasts, the website, as well as print materials such as community brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.

In January of 2021, Samantha and her then-boyfriend, Derek, and their yellow labrador, Zelda, moved to Colorado. Since moving, she has married, purchased a beautiful home near the mountains, and has been exploring all her colorful new state has to offer.
